Beam
The Beam Calculator, the first JavaScript routine added to Gear, currently supports all uniformly loaded, simply-supported beams with zero, one, or two cantilevers. An additional feature (added but still experimental) will allow you to select the material and dimensions of the beam to be checked against "standard" allowable values.
