Specifically, the white item in the back is an ivory seal club; the reddish-brown spikey thing is a comb (though whether used for textiles or hair -- and whose hair -- is unknown); and the artifact which resembles an ice pick is known as a "dance wand" -- it was used to kill slaves.
The modeling for this image was done on a Silicon Graphics Indigo workstation running the modelling program Wavefront.
